Registration Info and Important Dates
"Early Bird" Registration will run from 5/1-5/31.
ALL PAPERWORK WILL NEED TO BE TURNED IN BY THE FIRST NIGHT OF PRACTICE-- AUGUST 1, 2017.
If your child's paperwork is not in by August 1st, your child
will not be able to participate in practice until it is COMPLETELY
turned in. This NEW RULE will apply to Football and Cheer.
Required paperwork includes:
- Player Picture
- 2017 Player Contract
- 2017 Physical form (completed by your Physician)
NOTE: This form MUST
have a Well Child Check with a 2017 date. We do not need
immunization records.
- Report card from the Final Semester of this
current school year
Listed below are important dates to remember:
July 15th will be Meet the Coaches at Butler Park and
Equipment Pick up Day for both Football and Cheer. Registration will
also be available on this day for you to drop off your paperwork.
July 16th-July 20th Rensselaer County Football Camp at Averill Park
High School. More information to come.

If you are already a registered member of APPW, you should have received an email with the 2017 forms attached.
If you did not get the email and would like to get a head-start on the
registration process, let us know and we can get you those documents.
We are excited about the upcoming 2017 season.
