2020 Registration Information
Please make note of the following IMPORTANT information as you prepare for the upcoming football season:
REQUIRED FEES
If you did not pay your registration fee online, be sure to submit it before the first night of practice to APJW via check or cash.
Please note that the registration fee includes FIVE $5 raffle tickets for a chance to win $100. These tickets are included in your registration fee; if you sell them, you keep the money.
MANDATORY PREP DAY
The Averill Park Jr. Warriors Mandatory Prep Day is on Sunday, July 26 at Butler Park where you can meet the coaches, pick up equipment, hand in paperwork, and get your jersey fitted.
ALL FOOTBALL PLAYERS MUST ATTEND THIS EVENT. APJW cannot guarantee you will have your name on your jersey if you do not attend this event.
REQUIRED PRESEASON FOOTBALL CAMP
All tackle players are required to attend the APJW Football Camp hosted by Coach Gobal, the APHS Varsity Football Head Coach. This camp will be a week dedicated to conditioning, introducing skills, and team building.
Dates: August 3rd - 7th
Time: 6:00pm
Location: Averill Park High School
Flag Camp hosted by APJW
Dates: August 10th - 14th
Time: 6:00pm
Location: Butler Park
FIRST NIGHT OF PRACTICE
The first night of practice for all teams will be August 17, 2019.
REQUIRED PAPERWORK
Required forms are available below to print.
Required registration materials:
- Player Picture
- 2020 Player Contract
- Report card from the Final Semester of current school year
- 2020 Physical form (completed by your Physician)
The physical form MUST have a Well Child Check with a 2019 date. We do not need immunization records.\
All paperwork and fees MUST be paid and/or handed in BEFORE the first night of practice, August 17, 2019, or your child WILL NOT participate.
